Not very friendly. Would not stop talking over me for the order. No napkins in the bag. Hash browns were cold. My girlfriends... iced coffee was basically cream when we asked for light cream. I work there everyday except sundays me and my wife work morning shift. The store was really short staffed before we came. Now... we got a strong morning crew an getting the store back up to where it needs to be. We are short staffed at times wish peoplewould understand that instead of being impatient. I know all the regulars that come in an make there days, a little bit brighterwith always a smile . Most customers are just rude an so important please understand most dunkins are short staffed well mostplaces are. I have recently visited this Dunkin location a lot. It has a very busy drive-thru, and I never have any issues receiving the... correct order. I have a lot of sympathy for staff working in food service positions these days, and I must say that thislocation has super friendly folks behind the counter. I think there is a lot of turnover which is not unusual for any fast foodplace these days, so you may often be helped by someone who has been recently trained. I'm patient and hopefully you are, too!In addition, there are a few long time staff at this Dunkins who are very kind and helpful.
