They always forget something in our order. Every time. Don?t order a bakery item because they will forget. The salad is sad more... toppings than salad! So I thought I?ll get a sandwich how hard can it be? They didn?t put sauce on one half of the sandwich whenI asked for extra! We?ve ordered here probably ten times never again. You ruined it for me Stoughton Panera Bread. I ordered the Napa Almond Chicken Salad sandwich?.it?s usually delicious wherever I... go but yours was exceptionally disappointing?. 4 chopped almonds on the whole sandwich!!!! Don?t do me like that. I come for thealmonds!!! The extra mound of raggedy lettuce does not make up for that? and where is my pickle, because I couldn?t find it onmy plate? if your out of ingredients tell me at the register? Soup was cold and chicken sandwich was hard to chew. Over priced. $18.00. Outrageous!
I went to this Panera thinking everything would be my usual good old experience but it wasn?t. I got the Mac and cheese and it... was very watery and just all around disgusting(even another family next to me ordered one to and theirs was the same ). When mymom said something they didn?t seem bothered by it. I like to get it with smoked pulled chicken(definitely recommend) and theyforgot to give me that so I had to go back and get that. My mom got a pick two with a soup and a salad and they forgot to giveus the soup so had to go get that too. All around bad experience and the best thing in the table was the bread and drinks.
