Dinner out with friends. Great atmosphere, service, food. I had steak salad which was so delicious I ate the whole thing. Steak... was tender and had great flavor. My friend had ribs they said were great. Awesome collection of sauces table rack to choosefrom. Read more
Horrible! Came in for lunch and was greated by a bartender with barely a smile. That's fine you probably had a bad morning.... Ordered our food. Was dwliver by someone else after I had to try and get her attention for another drink. Received my food. Wasnot asked if I needed anything else or I'd everything came out okay. Been 10 minutes now and have been waiting for her to comeback to check on everything to let her know I have no cheese on my cheese burger. Good thing the beer is cold Read more
Not a good experience, hostess ask how many. We said table for 2. He said give me a few minutes to see what I have. No one is in... the rest. So we are seated. The waitress come, stated her name.I will be your waitress tonight. , Not familiar with the menu sowe asked for a few minutes. Comes back takes our drink orders. I will be back to get your meal order. No paper on hand whatwould like? Goes puts our order in forgets want we ordered.. we tell her again. Goes back, comes back and says my manager saidwe don't have green beans. We didn't ordered green.. Anyway to make long story short. Service was horrible, my food dry. (Brisket. I ordered loaded mashed potatoes, got a dry baked potato. Drinks were mostly ice,not much of drink. Would notrecommend this place. Read more
The waiter I will say was nice but the food was nasty my wife’s meal smelled like old shrimp from a bag that tasted like... rubber she couldn’t even eat it. Than we both got the fire roasted corn an there was something in it that was hard as a rock.We went with family after the movies an no one enjoyed there food steak was ok nothing to great. Idk if they don’t wash therepans an just continue to cook peoples food in them but my brother in law couldn’t even enjoy his burger. Never again will Ieat here an waste $100 on 4 people wasn’t even worth it could of got a better meal from McDonald’s off the dollar menu. Our server chris was great we came with a large party and no reservation. He had a great attitude the whole time and didnt mess... up not a thing in the whole party. We had refills the whole time without having to ask. Great service and great food! Read more
We had the sweetest waitress. I believe her name was Krystal. Very attentive staff that work great together. Awesome food for... good prices. We got a lot of food, but my favorite dish of the night had to be the pork belly pops. They had a nice spicy kick,and the fay of the pork belly just melted in your mouth. I definitely recommend getting those. Overall a great experience, and Iwould be happy to dine there again. Read more
I'm shocked by some of the negative reviews...but as a Google reviewer who had a craving for baby back ribs...I nervously... decided to try Smokey Bones for myself. We (me and hubby) got there ...sat at the bar (our preference wherever we go as we findservice to be a bit quicker there IMO)...Within minutes our server...Donna..was right there to take our order. I think we waitedmaybe 15 minutes or 20...not sure ...but it was fairly quick when we got our food. The baby back ribs were to die for..so muchmeat which literally fell off the bones! The mashed potatoes and gravy were just as good. The broccoli? Dayum didn't think I'dever be raving about that...but yup...delicious. Me and hubby were left with over filled bellys and quite happy with our wholeexperience. So if you're wondering where to go for delicious ribs...try it yourself to see! Read more
