Every time I come here, there?s a service issue. Last night, between 8:25 and 8:35, I went in to order a frapp. The barista was... seated at a table chatting and when she decided to come over, she told me she couldn?t make my drink because they were closing.This is not the first time I?ve experienced her unfriendliness. Service is abysmal here but they know how to make a coffee. Pick your poison I guess with coming to this location. Be prepared... to get terrible service but at least your coffee order will come out right lol Read more
This 2-star review is for the manager/owner of this location who have been doing such a poor scheduling for their staffs. I've... been coming here almost everyday since my house is just minutes away. Normally, with 2 staffs working together, they managed toget the line flow faster, but this week, even on a Sunday, there's been only 1 person working. And because this location doesn'toffer mobile ordering, it makes it even harder. With a line of about 7-8 people, and there's only 1 staff doing all the orderingand making drinks, it took about 20 minutes to get to be served. Other than that, their customers are amazing! All staffs arenice and friendly, drinks are made correctly as ordered. Read more
I have to say that when I saw the rating I kind of ignored it and went there anyways and unfortunately the rating is pretty much... spot on. I tried to order a decaf vanilla mocha hot coffee and the person working there said they couldn?t make a mocha theycouldn?t make a latte and they didn?t have any decaf,as well as their machines were broken and mind you this was a Starbucksthat had no customers at 8 am.
