I keep going, hoping for something better. But half the time it's donuts that aren't fresh (at 8:30am) and the other half my... order is wrong. I've started checking my coffee before driving away from the window. Their breakfast items are actually quitegood for fast food, and it's probably the only reason I still go. But donuts, their icon, are average at best, and stale atworst. To top it off, today, I was told they couldn't make my coffee order because it wasn't possible. Even though this ispretty much the only thing I've ordered, ever, for ov r a year. A half caff latte. They said it was impossible. But someone musthave been making it work for the last couple years, right? Since I've been getting it? Idk. If you're going here, you know whatyou're getting, I guess. But I'm really starting to consider just using up the last of my Dunkin card and deleting the app forgood. Read more
Only giving a 5 star rating because the manager named Jake remade my boyfriend and my drinks this morning. I'm not sure if the... other employees working there get how to make drinks or serve customers. We went through drive through and everyone had to pullup and wait. They must have a bunch of new employees right now. Kudos to Jake though for being so helpful! Read more
Got 2 of the same coffees one was very sweet and other was very strong. Both were lattes. Got an order of beagle bites that were... still frozen. Never have hard this experience. Make sure your foods not frozen before you leave the window. Read more
*sigh* loved this dunkin donuts better than the Starbucks in town. They always got my order right, a few over toasted hummus... toasts that probably should have been remade but I didn't mind was still good but others may not want theirs over toasted. (I'veseen the reviews) But today i was very upset because I was given hummus that had gone bad...I had eaten 1/4 of it wondered whyit was sour ish and unfortunately didn't realize soon enough. Threw it back up. (Yes I called the store) ruined the hummus toastfor me and worried what else is expired and don't think I'll be eating there food again. Read more
I will give 3 stars because i being so disappointed couple weeks already because i use to come here all the time before go to... work and my coffee was hot delicious fresh and great. Now i get my coffee warm, like they made it early in the morning and keepit warm out there. Its not fresh like use to be and don't taste the same either. Same thing with lattes and food. It use to bemy favorite Dunking Donuts i will not waste my money here anymore. Also today everyone's on the drive-thru was horning they carsbecause is slow too. It?s usually really good every time i go there. i always order a sausage and cheddar (never had a problem with it) and an iced... vanilla coffee with cream and sugar. Today, they gave me my coffee first and it was almost spilling out of the top and hadcoffee dripping down the sides, then immediately asked me to pull around. I then realized they never gave me a straw either. iwaited about 15 minutes for a sandwich and again, no straw. i asked the girl to bring me a straw and she was polite about it.Good food and good coffee, just wish it was consistent! This might be the best Dunkin? location we?ve been to in the greater Madison area in terms of drive through speed, employee... friendliness and voice inflection, as well as freshness of the coffee and donuts. Unfortunately for us, it?s also one of thefurthest locations. If you live in the area and are looking for a quick and quality breakfast bump, this could be your spot! Read more
Coffee made different and tastes different every single time I order it. I?ve tried to get hot food lately but it?s not... available due to short staffing. You?ll spend 20-30 min in the drive thru, and then your coffee tastes like s***. Read more
