Felt compelled to write this review after how horrible of an experience I had the last time I was in earlier this week. I've... been coming to this Jimmy John's for quite a while now. As of this year, there is a NOTICEABLE decline in quality coming out ofthis store. I understand that inflation and the current state of the economy definitely plays a part in this, but it seems likemanagement is not doing what's best for the store. The employees all seemed fatigued and annoyed with all the customers in thestore, and I got skimped on my hot peppers for my #5! Management, I hope you're seeing this as you have the power to change! I ordered Jimmy John?s today for my crew and not only did it take 45 minutes to get my ?freaky fast? food (this isn?t even the... real issue), but the delivery driver ?Jacob? was EXTREMELY rude and so disrespectful. The things he said and the comments hemade should never be said to anybody and then when I said ?excuse me? because I was in shock that somebody I had already tipped25% would talk this way. He said he would take the food back and cancel the order and was then withholding our food from us(literally would not hand it over). I will NEVER order from this location again if I ever even order from JJ again. I would notwaste your time here. If there was a zero star this location would get it. Read more
I live literally a minute from the store and it always takes damn near an hour to get my food, dunno if I?m last on there route... or what but I?d seriously suggest looking into new management at the store, delivery driver was incredibly rude, save your moneyand time and go somewhere else Read more

I decided to order close to the closing time. It was my birthday. The delivery exchange felt rude and I immediately felt my... sandwich was light. When I opened it up I already knew.
