When I arrived at the restaurant and ordered my food, I was expecting the best quality cheese as the law requires, but what I... got was something entirely different. The mac and cheese was of a lower quality than what is legally allowed to be served inrestaurants in Wisconsin. KFC did not meet the required quality standards when it served me this mac and cheese, and as aresult, has violated the law. I have included an image of the food product in question below. According to the Wisconsin CheeseGrading Standards, this food product does not meet the requirements to be served in a restaurant. The cheese is of a lowerquality than what is legally allowed, and as a result, this chicken company has violated the law. We should be compensated forthis violation, up to $1500 as per the law. They act like they don't want people to eat here. I put in a app order that said it would be ready by 5:15. I get there at 5:16... and they say they just got the order and it would still be 20 to 30 minutes. I said I would wait and they asked if I was sure Iwant them to "drop" the chicken. Why else would I say I'd wait?. The loby was closed according to a very poorly hand writtensign. And I watched 5 cars leave the drive through without an order. Also watched 4 of the employees had a smoke break as theestimated time of my order went from 5:15 to 5:50. The employee on the drive through intercom even sounded annoyed by having toserve food. Not to mention the lady sitting in the parking lot with her 5 children who kept going in and out of the restauranteven though there was a poorly hand written sign on the door that said "drive through" only. Then when we are about to get ourorder the manager (I think) came to the drive through window and said they can't always offer the dark meat option we ordered,but they could this time, like it was our fault. Why is there even an option? Wow what a disaster of an experience. Be a KFC ora Taco Bell, not both. You apparently can't handle being both. Got our food 45 minutes later than told by the app, I canunderstand 5-10, but when there was no one there but employees I don't get it. Read more

If I could give this place a minus 5 I would! This place should be closed. I have never had worse customer service... anywhere! After placing an order on the KFC website and getting charged and confirmed in an email, I went to pick up the order.My order was placed and confirmed by a KFC email an hour earlier! When I arrived and parked at the designated pickup parkingspot and started to go inside, I was told by a woman sitting outside on the curb smoking that she was the manager (hard tobelieve that was true), and that she had not received the order and accused me of ordering at a different location after blamingcorporate KFC and her being only one of 2 people working. When I asked her what she was doing sitting on the curb if that wastrue, she sarcastically said, ?oh, I?ve been out here all day.? I was directed to go through the drive-in for a refund. Thefact that it is a Sunday night at 5:45 p.m. and I was the only customer there says it all! When I went to the drive through toget my refund, she had gone inside, apparently found the order she accused me of not making (as I had never told her what myorder was) she stood with the window closed, ignoring me while filling the order I had in fact placed, and then opened thewindow to throw the bag at me! She had the nerve to tell me I needed to respect her. Sorry, I don?t feel the need to respectlying, rude people! Fire her if she is actually the manager. I couldn?t even eat the cold food when I got home. She probablyspit in it! I deserve a complete refund and an apology. Read more

Feeding the family tonight? KFC is always a good option.... That was 7 months ago. Its not the place to go any longer. I was... turned away after a long wait in line saying they wouldn't sell me old chicken, and all they had was old chicken. This was atdinnertime. AVOID THIS RESTAURANT. Read more

We ordered 9 tacos in drive up and we waited for 35 minutes. We were warned by the gal who took our order that only 2 people... were working. Tacos were good. When we got our order we were also told they were out of mild sauce. Kind of disappointing. Read more

This place should just close for good. There's never enough employees, they run out of everything so easily, and the hours are... wonky. When we fool ourselves into thinking that maybe they got their act together we learn that we have way too much faith inthem. Always check your order thoroughly before leaving because 99% of the time it's wrong or they forgot something. Read more

Great super friendly, very patient! fast made! Even low staffed and have superb customer service! Glad I went tonight! Thanks... taco Bell/KFC great time again. For running two different businesses and having to make two different foods is a task in itsown, having patient is always well rewarding because I know there doing there best when it comes to trying to get us what weordered and to get us along the way as efficiently as they can to help the next customer, customer service people don't getenough credit for what they have to deal with all the time, so thank you so very much for still working under so many differentcircumstances.
