I?m not sure if 7:00 o?clock at night is a weird time to get dinner but every time I go it?s the same deal. Extra pickles asked... for and not received. Hot, salted and not rock hard fries please? Every time we go through the drive thru the fries are terrible, cold, and dry with almost no salt. Each time we have asked for... heavy pickle on our sandwiches and 2 or 3 pickles if we?re lucky. Step up your game, please. Read more

Clump of hair in my food I decided to stop for breakfast, and I ordered two sausage egg and cheese mcgriddles. I went and was... handed sausage biscuits, so I said I ordered mcgriddles, to which they told me to pull up to the next window and I was given myfood. The employee was clearly frustrated with me, but I moved on with my life until I looked and there was a clump of hair inmy food, that I now think must've been deliberate because of how upset with me the employee was. If I could give this location zero Stars I would. I've been here three times and each time they have screwed up my order and do... not know how to process payment through their own app. Today I came which was my third time ordered a plain hamburger and alarge vanilla iced coffee they could not process my payment again because the girls don't know how to do it. And my plainhamburger had everything on it so I am not sure what the misunderstanding is with plain.
