Sadly I won't be returning to Springers. Aug 18th very early eveinging (4:30 -5:00) was very quiet & received our dinner with... many issues. The general salad was fine but filled maybe half the bowl. My mother's blue gill was served with soggy breading(should have been crispy) & my grouper was way overcooked & way overpriced. I actually had to use my butter knife to cut - myfork didn't do much as it was that overcooked & dry. For $27.95 grouper should have been perfect. The baked potatoes must havebeen cooked earlier in the day & then heated up in microwave or just plain microwaved. Way overcooked & barely edible (mymother didn't eat hers at all). I came very close to rejecting the meal but felt I would embarrass my mom. I have neverreturned or rejected a meal but in hindsight I wish I would have with what we were served. I understand businesses are short ofhelp but again it was early evening & not even close to being busy. Was very disappointed. Read more

Springers is best place to go for terrific Wisconsin food from cheese curds, hamburgers, and fish fry. Their menu is large and... all of it is good. Great beer on tap and bottles. Service is great - we had Jordan this time who was friendly and very attentiveand responsive. And the view of the lake and being able to eat outside is the best. Read more

Wait wasn't long for a table of six. Prices were decent and portions were huge. 2 piece fish fry with steak fries. Cheese... broccoli soup was delicious and had nice chunks of broccoli. Fried cheese curds are such a great way to have cheese curds. Read more
A mix of good and not so good. Prime Rib was good. The Medley BBQ was burnt, cept the brisket and that was not good.
