Manager by the name of Dusty has a stick up her rear. She mistreats employees and seems to have a special hatred for teenagers.... She was overheard lamenting not having more adult employees. It's best not to apply here nor eat here if you supportemployees. It's highly unprofessional to bad mouth one employee to another behind their back but especially awful when thoseemployees are siblings and only teenagers. Being fast may be standard practice in fast food but not at the cost of safety. Youalso can't expect someone who is only 15 to be an expert on day 4. Manager Dusty will fire 15 year Olds for not meetingunrealistic expectations by day 5. Read more

Went in with my son, other than being told they were out of bread, which I understood. The whole time I was there the lady that... was taking our order completely ignored us and was talking to another customer the whole time. Very bad customer service. Read more

Was craving Subway and It was a great visit! The three people working that day were just fantastic, there friendliness was... outstanding so happy I chose to go today! Glad they had a sense of humor to made me laugh definitely brightened my day glad Ichose them for lunch was a great choice! Food was great as always and will always love coming back! Read more

This is a sad, yet heartwarming note. On the evening of December 22, I stopped to pick up an online order. My wife and I would... be having our 21 year-old cat put to sleep the next morning, and her favorite thing in the world was the tuna from Subway, soafter I picked up my order, I waited in line to get a tuna sandwich for her. The young man who was taking my order that nightwas incredibly sweet and kind, and while in the process of asking questions about my order (did I want this toasted?, etc)learned it was for our cat. He expressed such empathy and kindness and as I moved down toward the register and took out mywallet, he insisted he pay for the sandwich, offering "this one's on me". It may have only been a few dollars, yet I didn'twant this small act of humanity to go unnoticed. Thank you to the young man with the short, dark beard working that night. Read more

When we went in, there were no other customers. Two of the three employees went oit for a break. Quickly there was a line behind... us as we placed our four sub order to go. The employee had asked us to please excuse her as she went to grab her coworkers tohelp her. We understood and were sympathetic. The employee was friendly despite the backed up line. Very pleased with thequality of food and service (although, we were first in line so I am sure others will have a different review of the situation) Read more
