Fries were burnt. Chicken sandwich was way over cooked. Mac n cheese looks crusty and old. This place needs to be closed down.

I?m thrilled to see Taco Bell up and running again. I went through the drive through and came away with a regular crunchy beef... taco, a chili cheese burrito and a cheese quesadilla. It was all served up fast, correct and delicious. Staff was friendly. I?llbe making it a weekly stop. Read more
In total, I spent about half an hour here and I chose the DRIVE THROUGH. Ended up having to take my order at the window after... waiting for 20 minutes in line because no one spoke at the speaker. They then asked me to pull around where an employee came outto my car 3 separate times to ask about my order. Once I did finally receive all of my items, there was sauce all over theoutside of my bag and now my hands. They also got almost none of my order correct. Wouldn?t recommend a visit to anyone. First of all the restaurant isn't open for walk-ins. So the drive thru is the only way to order. Not like it used to be. I miss... the chicken gordita supreme. I tried to order a chicken chalupa. They totally got it wrong. No chicken. Didn't even taste good.It took over 20 minutes for 3 items. Probably short on help. Rough day at Taco Bell. Wrong order given to us upon the walk in order, no big deal. The complete building gross and dirty.... Bathroom floors, sink, soap dispenser, and light switch dirty. Always friendly employees. Have had some great conversations with some of them when it is slow. Generally quick with my order... and haven't had mess ups. Always clean here. One of ny favorite Taco Bells EDIT: (8/26) I changed from a four star to a twobecause the last three times we have gone here (drive through only due to COVID) the orders have been missing items. Past few years, the management was very good but now the management is bad. No answers at the drive through, and at the window... someone was there. Didn?t bother ordering here, and wouldn?t recommend any new folks coming here. Need new management team. Read more
