Yep after it hits social media here comes the keyboard Warriors to bash the manager. See these people are okay for the customer... calling the manager fing B first. So I'm guessing all these people leaving negative comments they love getting cursed out Iwould say at work too I guess. Worked in corporate for 30 years, the blonde manager from the viral TikTok is identical to the example we show in orientation... for how NOT to act, especially when she could have deescalated the situation easily by not continuing the conversation.Extremely unprofessional and shows a lack of training. If this location is franchised I hope the owner decides to terminate heremployment. Read more
Terrible management. I sure hope that lady gets some kind of punishment. Definitely not someone I?d want running a restaurant.... He even got the wrong amount of change back and still yelling at the customer. So sad. Do better. Read more
