Yep after it hits social media here comes the keyboard Warriors to bash the manager. See these people are okay for the customer... calling the manager fing B first. So I'm guessing all these people leaving negative comments they love getting cursed out Iwould say at work too I guess. Were they both wrong yeah real strong language first by Jeff. wonder if he treats everybody likethat in public or everyone he knows. Worked in corporate for 30 years, the blonde manager from the viral TikTok is identical to the example we show in orientation... for how NOT to act, especially when she could have deescalated the situation easily by not continuing the conversation.Extremely unprofessional and shows a lack of training. If this location is franchised I hope the owner decides to terminate heremployment. Read more
Terrible management. I sure hope that lady gets some kind of punishment. Definitely not someone I?d want running a restaurant.... He even got the wrong amount of change back and still yelling at the customer. So sad. Do better. Read more
Please get rid of the female manager at your location who is cursing at customers who do not deserve her vitriol. Her entire... rant was caught on video & was infuriating to watch. Ate there a couple weeks & all was good. French dip hot & curly fries alright. I stop in this one from time to time and it's... usually peaceful. Expensive these days, though. I did see the TikTok video, but my visit was good. Read more
The employee seemed nice. We used the drive thru. Yes it was late night but they had no roastbeef. Like you're are Arby's home... of the roast beef... a little disappointed there especially when this was the Arby's I worked at back in my fast food workerdays lol.
