*STAFFING ISSUES???... I visited this location on Veteran's Day to enjoy a complimentary veterans meal. I noticed the parking... lot had hardly any cars and there were many empty tables looking in the windows. Upon entering the front door I noticed at least10 people waiting to be seated so I walked up to the hostess and let her know I was dining alone, she looked at her clipboardand informed me there would be a 35min wait? I in turn asked her why all of the EMPTY tables and EMPTY parking lot and peoplehad to wait to get seated? She replied "We don't have enough servers" This is UNACCEPTABLE!!! Shame on the management for makinga great company & restaurant look so bad, if YOU can't staff your restaurant then YOU shouldn't open the doors for business....Good Luck in the future!... I ended up going across the street to Applebee's where the parking lot was full but I was seated,ordered and enjoying my hot cooked meal within 15 minutes!!! Please get it together Bob Evans.... I ordered breakfast to be delivered, the sausage was half cooked, the bacon were strips of fat, the sausage gravy was cold and... had no taste. The only thing edible were the scrambled eggs after I warmed them up and the biscuits. Never again! Read more

It was cold in there. We waited forever for our food. When we finally got our food it was not good at all. My stomach started to... hurt instantly. Our server was very nice tho. We just didn't care enough to complain. Its much better to cook at home at leastyou know what's happening with the food. Read more
Wish these were further south! Great value for a family of 4 to get a yummy breakfast. Took a little longer than other places... (ihop, waffle house) to get the food, but it was worth the wait and our kids loved the kids activities. Super clean andliterally every person was incredibly nice and patient. Read more
We were seated quickly and that's were the good experience ended. The waitress was either on something or just not on top of... things. She didn't ask what bread we wanted, brought the pie with the meal, never checked on us and did the check wrong thendidn't get what we were talking about when we showed her the mistake. Bob Evans is a good option for those who enjoy a down to earth small town feel in a national chain of casual eateries. Food is... simply prepared and generally without strong seasonings. We were there for a late breakfast and enjoyed combination plates ofeggs, potatoes, breakfast meat, and hotcakes. All seating is at wooden tables with comfortable wooden chairs. Our server wasfriendly and attentive with beverage refills. The lobby is crowded with retail displays and it can be a little hard to getthrough the browsers to get to the cashier. I prefer that servers handle my payments but that is not an option at this location. Read more
