I have a sip club membership which requires no contact with an employee but EVERY time I've needed assistance, such as ordering... a pastry and asking questions about the membership, the employee (the same one every time) has to go get someone to help herbecause she's incapable of doing her job. Just went in & ordered 2, bacon, over easy egg & cheese on chibata bread sandwich GOT 2 , bacon , scrambled egg, on a hamburger... bun sandwiches !!! When brought to the attention of the person who made she said she was only one making them she looked at themenu wrong & put an over easy egg & a couple slices of bacon in a box & gave that also to us!!! It's an older and smaller Panera store regarding the seats, decorations and store size. It might not be the best Panera store... for dine-in, but it's good for pickup. It has free wifi. When we went there for take-out around noon, it was not busy at all.Waiting time was only a few minutes or so. Price is around the same as other Panera stores. Very limited vegetarian options. Wethought broccoli cheddar soup were vegetarian but it is not. We were told it contains chicken stock. Read more

One of the better managed and pleasant of local Panera locations. Always clean and never over crowded. I recommend the Mac and... cheese. It?s some of the very best around. Read more
I put in a pretty big order to go and it came out relatively fast and the order was accurate. The dining room looked clean as... well as the kitchen prep area. I do find the menu a bit lacking visually. I have seen other Panera with food images and a bettermenu presentation. But maybe it?s just me. Otherwise a solid place to eat and you can expect the Panera quality. Read more
i ordered the chix sandwich. i told the lady i wanted tomato basil as the reg bread is too hard for the receipt to eat. one half... was on tom basil and the other on sourdough which was mot able to be eaten and the bread tossed. the cashier had no personalitysadly. i called to ask why 1/2 was made wrong and explained it was not edible as the sandwich i ordered for the person. the ladymarion was uncaring and said i ordered it wrong - how? i explained how the $13 sandwich was to be made. she could have caredless and let me know. i feel the lady should have offered to remake the sandwich for the person i bought it for. we bought frompanera at least once a week but this soured it.
