I was invited for lunch though I am not a stranger to the bread. The smoothie was so good and I ate up my salad in no time.... Great speed in food preparation, great taste, moderate portions and an ambience you can?t get away from. No wonder people comehere to eat, hangout and study! Read more

I love panera breads mac and cheese. However the last few times I've gotten it the cheese was not runny at all and was chunky... and coagulated. Today was the worst not only was the cheese gross but it was all on the bottom and the noodles weren't evencovered in cheese. Read more
Our office ordered lunch today from the Panera in Stow and we were given pretty bad customer service. Most of the food was great... and tasted delicious. However, my co-workers salad had literally nothing she (PAID) extra to have on it. It was just chicken andlettuce. She called back to make them aware of the salad and the gentleman on the phone said "what do you want me to do aboutit"? Not even an apology or I am sorry or how can I make this right for you. She responded with I don't know maybe remake thecorrect salad and make it right... Add some cookies she said. The young man didn't even acknowledge her comment about thecookies and said I will send a new salad. Mind you not very friendly. It's sad because we have had our work meetings at thislocation. I have used this location to do different lunches and marketing to take to other offices. We have never had a badexperience until today. I just wanted to make the staff aware of the rudeness we experienced today so they could use it as atraining situation. Hopefully this is a one time occurence. I would hate to have to start going to a different location andspending the money we spend at a new location. She ordered avocado, cilatro, cucumbers, tomatoes, and grapes. For some reason I prefer the box over the wrap for the breakfast sandwich. In the brown wrap paper, my sandwich is always soggy.... I usually don?t have that experience with the box packaging. Nonetheless, I?ve had zero issues at this Panera. I order via theapp and within minutes, my items are waiting at the pick up stand. I rarely engage with the staff so I can?t comment as to theirassistance or service other than efficiency. I would return. I hope you find this review helpful. If so, please give me a thumbsup.
