This place used to be very quick and convenient. However, I have mostly stopped coming here because it has been a long time... since it has been a good experience. It's only Sheetz I know of with a drive thru, but it's often coned off with noexplanation. Today, the inside had several machines out of order. Most of them had signs saying they are short staffed. Foodorders are slow and the store is dirty. There are busier Sheetz in the area that are faster, cleaner, and fully stocked. Read more

Had a scare on my bank statement and called and spoke to Lux who was WONDERFUL! I expressed my concern, he took detailed notes... and assured me he would call me back before the end of his shift to update me on the situation. He did everything he promisedand called me back with the answer to my concern and everything was resolved so professionally. Very sweet individual and Luxthank you again for the help. Read more

I?ve been a huge fan of Sheetz & been to many different stores. I?ve NEVER had a bad experience until today. I stopped at this... location for gas & a bottle of pop. After I checked out, I realized I grabbed the diet version of the pop I wanted. Mind you Ididn?t open it. I took it back to the cashier & kindly explained I grabbed the wrong drink & asked if I could swap them out. The cashier took the drink from me & proceeded to open it & rudely said ?It?s open, I can?t take that back. Sorry!? I turned toleave at that point. As I was walking out the door he kept yelling ?go ahead & switch.? Also came across rude. I feel thecashier could?ve handled this better. I?ll never return to this location. Read more

They need designated people for the drive thru. Placed an online order for drive thru pick up. I waited for someone to see me... and finally someone did, but was very confused. Part of my order was missing. They didn't have the item. I said I would takeany flavor of the item, they were out of all of them. I think they just wanted me to say ok and leave, but I had already paidfor the item online. Asked about a refund, more confusion. Said they would get the manager, but I watched him walk byseveral times (grey shirt). Finally went inside because I didn't want to hold up the person behind me. There were 2 employeesjust kinda standing around. Talked to the one kid and explained and asked if I could just pick something else of a similarprice, he said yes. I picked what turned out to be a very stale cookie. They were not busy enough inside (2 people sittingwhen I went in) to not be able to keep up with the 3 cars in the drive thru. Normally I would go inside in the first place, butI currently have an injury that makes getting into and out if the car a bit more difficult. I specifically came to thislocation because of the drive thru. Things need to be restructured. People standing around while other areas are in need isnot the way to do it. Read more

Love sheetz food but the workers here are kind of rude and take an extremely long time. Today we went through the drive through... and our food was given to the car in front of us. After a few minutes They realized it wasn?t their food gave it back to theworker? and the worker still tried to offer it to us??! He then gave us the option that he could remake it, but when he did thefood was cold so I?m assuming it wasn?t remade?. Kinda gross. Read more
