Have had several disappointing experiences at this location. The two most recent orders have resulted in my commitment to no... longer frequenting this establishment (Stow, Darrow Rd). I ordered a tuna sub, got home, went to eat it and could barely get myteeth through it. I immediately returned to the store and showed the sub to the Manager (I think he was actually a DistrictMgr) who acknowledged how hard the roll was and explained he thought it was made the previous day. So much for freshness?.. Hereplaced the inedible sub like he was doing me a favor, nothing more for my inconvenience or poor experience. The next time (Ifigured give them one more chance especially since they are so close to home and very convenient) I ordered tuna again. Theyput on so little tuna that you could hardly see it much less taste it. They put it on like they were spreading butter not theprimary ingredient. It was ridiculous. I even made a remark emphasizing my disbelief that went ignored. When I got home andshowed my wife the poor excuse for a $10 sub, she laughed. I took a pic and contacted the store as well as customer service. Ireceived an apology and nothing more. This was my last time at this location. The good news is that just a little bit furtheraway is another Subway located on Kent Rd. Much, much better! Friendlier service. Generous servings and much more reasonableprices!! I enjoy subway, but Darrow Rd location was given several chances and disappointed most of the time. The franchisesare individually owned. This probably explains the inconsistency. Read more

Ordered online and when I went to pick it up the woman behind the counter ?mouthed? we?re closed. The door was locked and I... tried telling her I had an online order. She just went into the back room and turned the lights off. They said they close at 9and it was 6:10. Read more

The area manager was unprofessional, did nothing to make things right and hung up on me when I... called to complain, sandwiches were small and thin with nothing on them and even the bread was flat and cut uneven so mysandwich was shorter too. Went here yesterday and was given the wrong sub it was a little busy and did not notice until I was about to eat after the power... came back on, took a drive back there and they were closing because the power was off, they would not offer me a refund eventhough I had the mess up sub that they both knew they messed up on, all I could get was come back tomorrow, I can understand ifit was a hot sub but it was a cold sub and they would not remake it for me, so I patiently wait until today to call, I left myname and number with the store at 2 pm it?s almost 8 now and still no call back from the store owner, the kids working seemedmore interested in getting out of there then helping a paying customer. I would not recommend eating at this location, sadbecause it?s close to my house! This I don?t care attitude does not belong in a restaurant! Pretty annoyed don't even want my sandwich asked them to put onions on after it was in the oven and they told me know I had to... do it myself they'd give it on the side. Sopretty much you guys have utensils and want me to open the sandwich and get my handsdirty when it's your job. Young lazy kids wasted $8 threw sandwich away because service made me so unhappy couldn't eat it. It'snot gossip time girls it's a business. Update only thing I ate yesterday got extremely sick I noticed girls weren't evencleaning utensils between sandwiches. Wonder what other cross contamination could be going on. Teach your employees the basicsplease they acted as if it where a hang out not a business. This attitude can get ppl sick. Read more

Ordered online. The process is simple and took no extra time. The place was clean and well maintained. They made our subs kind... of small. They were training someone, so this is probably the right way to make them. Cookies were hot. Read more
