Stow Friday's. The food was good; ribs, shrimp, mashed potatoes, and broccoli. We politely asked for bread. Friday's doesn't... offer bread and butter, so we requested crackers and butter. Han**, our server, told us that Friday's didn't have crackers andbutter. We really didn't believe it but decided it wasnt worth pursuing with her. When our food was delivered, by a differentindividual, we inquired about crackers and butter. She said no problem. Please advise your servers that they should check firstbefore telling customers an item isn't available. As another example we asked about other veggie options. Other than a salad, wewere advised that there were none. Fried green beans were on the menu (they are listed here on the survey). When orderingcertain food items such as ribs and wings it is customary to provide wet wipes. We had to request them. When servers areconscientious we tip Well over 20%. When they aren't, we tip slightly under 20%. We all pay a price for marginal service.Friday's is worth visiting again. We enjoy the food and yes, one ondividual can make a difference. Me and my husband decide to order our family of 4 dinner !! Oh boy was that a mistake let me tell you. $123 dollars for total... garbage !! Broccoli was horrible and over cooked my chicken had no whiskey glaze sauce and the appetizer boneless chicken wasrock hard. Can’t believe this place even thought that was reasonable to send food out of the kitchen looking and tastinghorrible for the money we spent!!! DISAPPOINTED Read more

Service was below average. Ordered an appetizer and order of fries because there was no like item on menu in an entrée. Menu... lists as chicken strips but they looked more like nuggets. The fries were the smallest side portion I've ever seen. Looks likethe line cook tossed whatever broken pieces that were left in the bottom of bag and dumped them in a bowl. The place was Notbusy. I wish I knew who the cook was and the days she or he worked on the day Stephanie our server worked. I was impressed with... both...the food (taste and quantity), the drinks (could taste the alcohol), and the service. I will drive the 40 mins just to goback there to eat again as the ones located near me are nowhere near this experience. Kudos to all. I posted about this alreadybut it deserved another post. My salmon was under cooked and I had to send it back my husband had the special bourbon BBQ sampler that was burnt and hard as a... rock. They only took $10.00 off each of our dinners and replaced our food, but again his was over cooked. Mine was great. Theirrice was fabulous as they have red bell peppers and onions in the rice...that was the only thing that was perfect. I have amixed drink but it have strawberries chunks that would get stuck in the straw. I asked if they would blend it, they said NO!.Never going back again. Read more
