I know staffing is difficult at best now a days, but I sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes while a customer would place their... order and they would not take another order until that customers order was completed and they had left the drive thru. Finallymy turn I placed my order and drove around to the pay/pickup window. The staff was friendly, but when not talking to me, spokeloudly and disparaging about other team members and management. My fries were hot and fresh as promised and my chicken nuggetswere good, but my burger was cold, tasteless and missing the bacon. Won't be back anytime soon. Read more
This location is nasty. Filthy dirty. Been like that for awhile, as is the bathroom. Food was good, service was fine, but... they also were out of ketchup packs, no napkins, no straws, and no salt at the self-serve area. I was the only one in thedining area, and I understand why. It's dirty. Wendy's really needs to shut this one down and redo it. Read more
Awful! Wish i could give this wendys 0 stars. First they gave us the wrong food not once but 2 times then after our 5 min drive... home we found the fries and nuggets cold and taste like they have been sitting premade for hrs. I would like to review the food but I don't have the 20 to 30 minutes to wait in line. There is an absolute failure at the... management or ownership level to have this Wendy's properly staffed. There are three other fast food restaurants within a tenthof a mile that can process a lunch line quickly and efficiently. It's a shame because I really want a spicy chicken sandwich,you just can't get any sort of service here. Read more
I just visited this location drive-thru and found it to be the worst fast food I have ever had. I got the $5 big bag with the... stack burger, fries, chicken bites, and sprite. The burger was cold the cheese on the burger was a cold slice and there was morebun than burger. The drink was supplied with no straw, the fries were horrible, they seemed to have been thawed but not fried.The chicken bites were not quite warm. Due to this experience I would choose not to go to another Wendy's. Hot crunchy fries inyour advertisements is like false advertising. I used to really like the old fries. I LOVE coming to this location especially for breakfast. They have the sweetest staff who works mornings and I always look... forward to seeing their regular AM crew. Because of their amazing staff yes, they get busy. So anticipate that when orderinginstead of getting upset. I would give this place a 10/10 if allowed. Keep up the great work ???? Read more

I will never go back to this Wendy?s, I ordered a chocolate frosty and the cashier sold me one while the machine was on wash... mode. She must of turned the wash mode off so where she was able to serve the frosty. Then she said she doesn?t know why it?slike that while laughing, then offered me a straw! I should of refused it but I didn?t realize how bad it was until I got home.I contacted the store and they didn?t care!!!! Pics attached below!
