Roll through the drive through at about 9:41pm. I get it. You?re about to close. But when I order 2 singles and 2 chicken BLT... sandwiches, that?s not a difficult order. At all. The singles had cheese, mustard and ketchup. Not difficult. The chicken bltsandwiches are also not difficult, considering the toppings supposed to be included, are in the title. This is one of the better Wendy's. Much faster than most Wendy's and the food was a lot fresher than other Wendy's.
Last night I went through the drive-through. We ordered and paid at 9:40 PM. They asked us to pull up like a normal fast food... restaurant but no one ever came out. After 17 minutes I tried to go inside but all the doors were locked so I went back up tothe drive-through window and they said it 15 minutes had lapsed and the order disappeared. When I asked to speak to the managershe was unwilling to help. So not only did I have the worst experience they actually stole from me and charge my credit card andnever gave us anything.
