Got here at 3:25 on a Saturday and they wouldn?t let me through the drive through. Apparently they close at 3:30 on a random... Saturday just for fun? Couldn?t go to the one in target since it?s 90 degrees outside and I have my dog in the car. Thanks fornothing. Read more
This location is actively attempting to go out of business. Every single day now there are hand written signs in the door saying... sorry we are closed after 10 AM?!?! Not fair to all the folks driving there when the app says the are open. They completelyclosed the cafe, drive through only limited hours in the AM, and discontinued the mobile order option. When you try to call tosee if they are actually open (before wasting time driving over) the phone is off the hook. Read more
Not sure why they're closing early.. their hours need to be changed online. I hate sounding snobby but its not fair to drive... here while it says its open and for it to be closed. The employees are writing hand written signs on the door saying they'reclosing early. I thought it was a low staff issue but they aren't taking new hires either. I can't use my stars or points at theother close locations. Seems pretty unprofessional the way they are communicating an issue that's clearly happening here. Read more
This Starbucks is absolute trash. They used to be so good but this last year they have gone majorly down hill. I don?t even know... where to start. For one, I am currently sitting outside waiting for me and my husbands drink that we ordered 1 hour ago, that isnot even made yet. I consistently order the same drink every day, and they either rush and purposely don?t make it right, orforget extra ingredients I paid for. Now, I don?t want to sound picky but we PAY EXTRA for these ingredients. So when I get coldfoam, extra caramel, extra drizzle, and my drink rings up to be almost $10, yet there?s no caramel on my drink, that?s WRONG.I?m never the type to walk up to a barista and say my drink is wrong. I really will just walk away and take it on the chin, butthis has happened countless times to the point where me and my husband now DRIVE 20 + minutes to the next town?s Starbucks. Dobetter PLEASE. I came in here the first time to do some work with a workmate. Everyone was nice and I was able to get done our meeting without... issue. Will come here again for sure. Workmate ordered her coffee and she seemed to really like it and had no issues with it aswell. Read more
