A good sports bar if you are looking for it in Stowe. The bartender Matt was GREAT who accommodated all of me and my families... needs. One bartender refused to serve us because we had Eagles gear on which I thought was pretty ridiculous considering that?sYOUR JOB but luckily we had Matt. The food was delicious as well! Food was excellent, but, being a Canadian, service was really not what we expected. I understand we're in the US but I didn't... think the situation was that bad. Group tab with included 20% tip???? We asked for separate tabs when we came in and againwhile ordering and they said yeah, but at the end they wouldn't split it. Also who automatically claims 20% tip when theydon't even go above and beyond for you??? Give me proper service deserving of such tip and I will be more than happy to openmy wallet. The burger I ordered was suppose to be med. rare and it came out well , the bun was soggy cause the cook didn?t rest it . Also... got a burrito to go, now aren?t you suppose to eat a burrito with your hands? Why would you put cheese and sauce all over it ?Also it had no flavor at all dude ?use salt !!! Then I opened it and there was old meat that was gray and some new meat! Seepic! I really think they need a good cook there , and yes I know what I?m talking about I?m a chef ! We had dinner here this evening - this is a hoppin joint and ope, even though the season isn't fully started yet. I had the... meatball sub/fries, she had the turkey club/fries. Both were good, in fact, the meatball sub was *very* good. Service isrelaxed and felt like a lot of locals in the place enjoying a drink or food. There is a game room, bar area and sort ofmiddle-room between - good assortment of food and lots of seating. Read more
Took a wrong turn and ended up here and man am I glad I did! The food was great, not a long wait and really lively service. Also... has good music and a little arcade and pool tables, what's not to love? Not local to Vermont but whenever I come back here I'llbe coming here on purpose the next time!! Read more
