Nice people but any day of the week ill take getting my order correctly over nice. Asked for a deluxe chicken sandwich and... simply said add cheese. Why would you charge me for a deluxe and give me a plain chicken sandwich with cheese? Got my food and ate it...its McDonalds. The staff makes the difference. I have had bad service here in past but my recent... wasgreat. I have stopped frequenting McDonalds due to poor attitudes of staff but had app points so used them one last time. Good job Strafford! Read more
Ordered on the app for drive thru pick up, charged to my card. Show up at window WITH an order #, was told it didn't exist, yet... was charged $11.69 on my card!! Amber was curt and was like it's just a hold it won't go through. IT DID. So you charged me fora meal I never got! Total BULL???? Read more
was getting two drinks via drive through, it took me 20 minutes just to get my drinks due to the employee having a full convo... with the people in front of me. also, the people in front of me had a dog, the employee proceeded to pet and give the dog treatswith her bare hands. i know for a fact she didn't wash them. it LITERALLY took me 20 minutes just to get 2 drinks because ofthis employee's lack of self awareness and customer service. Waited a hour total, I had to go back in like 10 times to get my order. All I order was a happy meal, nuggets, a quarter... pounder, shake, and 2 McFlurries. The meat was red and still bloody. When I call they won?t answer the phone. Read more
This looks like a newly renovated McDonald's that we got a chance to visit during our road trip. I would recommend you to stop... here as the rest rooms are clean and sort of semi private. Their staff are nice and courteous. I am not that big fan of fastfoods however to their coffee is decent. Read more
