Every now and then I have to just give it a try again. Miss the pizza hut of ole! Today it has absolutely zero flavor cost way... to much and is seldom ever actually cooked correctly. Very unprofessional. Ordered online, got a call saying that they couldn't deliver because by the time my order would be done... they would be closed. Stephanie, the manager, hung up the phone on me. She needs more training. If you cant handle online ordersbecause you want to get home, disable the order online feature before taking the last few dollars from customers forcing them toeait for a refund and starve.. DONE!!! I will not ever order pizza from here again! We don't get pizza often and pizza hut is not our first choice but it's... cheap and they deliver. Why it takes 30min longer than what they tell you it will, blows my mind. I'm so sick of this place. Thebest part is I scheduled for delivery. Will not tip before hand ever again. Terrible. They deliver half of the time. Depending on the employee, we are not in their zone because of the way GPS pulls it up.... Only select employees are capable of reading the written directions and seeing that we are merely 2.5 miles from them? wellwithin their zone. They argue without making sense because they don?t know how to function without what GPS tells them. Read more
