This is my 6th time ordering food! They messed it all up or have multiple items missing they do not listen to what you say .Then... want me to read and check my order on screen wth?? Can't even see all your order at times . I drove all the way back .. theywon't remake your order if you don't have food to return luckily I did. Was asked 5 more times exactly what I wanted andmissing that I just told the manager. Also didn't even ask to see my receipt, to see( IT WAS THEIR MISTAKE.) MANAGER DID NOTEVEN ASK IF I WOULD LIKE A DISCOUNT OR COUPON SOMETHING TO COMPENSATE THEIR ERROR. I WILL DRIVE THE EXTRA MILES TO MARSHFIELD ,THEIR DRIVE THROUGH STINKS ANYWAYS YOUR STUCK IN LINE.I CAN SEE IF TRAINING AND ERROR OR 2 BUT ALL 6 TIMES NOW SINCE MAY2022!!! Ordered through the app. The store didn't have what I ordered. Asked for that item to be refunded. They said NO, call the 1-800... number. They were unable to provide me the actual number, nobody in the store seemed to know. When I got home, found it online,and tried to call, I noticed the part of the receipt with the important information on it was conveniently missing, almost as ifthey didn't want me to submit a bad survey.
