This is my 6th time ordering food! They messed it all up or have multiple items missing they do not listen to what you say .Then... want me to read and check my order on screen wth?? Can't even see all your order at times . I drove all the way back .. theywon't remake your order if you don't have food to return luckily I did. Was asked 5 more times exactly what I wanted andmissing that I just told the manager. Also didn't even ask to see my receipt, to see( IT WAS THEIR MISTAKE.) MANAGER DID NOTEVEN ASK IF I WOULD LIKE A DISCOUNT OR COUPON SOMETHING TO COMPENSATE THEIR ERROR. I WILL DRIVE THE EXTRA MILES TO MARSHFIELD ,THEIR DRIVE THROUGH STINKS ANYWAYS YOUR STUCK IN LINE.I CAN SEE IF TRAINING AND ERROR OR 2 BUT ALL 6 TIMES NOW SINCE MAY2022!!! Horrible drive through. You can?t get out once you are in line. Waited over 25 minutes in line and was only behind 5 other cars.... NEVER GO TO THIS TACO BELL. DRIVE TO MARSHFIELD OR SPRINGFIELD I will never make that mistake again. Read more

Ordered through the app. The store didn't have what I ordered. Asked for that item to be refunded. They said NO, call the 1-800... number. They were unable to provide me the actual number, nobody in the store seemed to know. When I got home, found it online,and tried to call, I noticed the part of the receipt with the important information on it was conveniently missing, almost as ifthey didn't want me to submit a bad survey. CORPORATE NEEDS TO CLEAN HOUSE! Unacceptable level of customer service. Not thefirst time I've had trouble at this location. Read more

Every experience I've had it this location has been wonderful. The food is prepared with skill and attention to detail. The... service is always courteous and efficient. And my cashier Annie, clued me in to items that were not on the menu because of lackof space and offered me great options in for a vegetarian diet during breakfast. Read more
