Fries were fresh, order was wrong but we already hit interstate by the time we dipped in to the bag. The cashier was also having... a heck of a time hearing us..wasn't sure if it was the speaker or their headset causing the issue. We also asked for condimentsat the window to which the cashier repeated back to confirm and yet we didn't receive any of them nor napkins. We walked into Hardee's this afternoon and was looking at the menu board and a woman (a worker) never turned around to greet us... and cussed a few times with another co worker. We were ok with maybe one cuss word but three and using the Lord's name in vainis disrespectful. We did not order anything and still was not spoken to until we were walking out the door. And she said have anice day. I think that cussing in a place of employment should not be allowed. If they would of talked with us we might of saidsomething about work ethic. I'm standing in Hardee's right now. The older lady forgot to lock the door and was annoyed we were inside. She was rude while... taking our order. Then told us when we're done, let her know so she could lock the door. But there were people inside eatingalready. Horrible customer service Read more
Mushroom swiss burger was very greasy. They gave my boyfriend the wrong sandwich. He ordered chicken and got a Frisco burger,... original person was scared to talk to us upon going back through. We weren't upset just wanted the correct sandwich. The managerfixed the issue. They weren't very busy but the service was very slow. We stopped on our way back home to Missouri. We won't begoing back to this location when we go for another visit. Read more
Messed up order after repeated to them multiple times. Ordered onion rings with meal instead of French fries. We're given French... fries, and the person that brought food to car (asked to pull up from window and wait), was rude and yelled back at us saying wedidn't order onion rings. We were the only people in line to order. The people working were all talking and laughing. We had torepeat the order, as appeared the person taking the orders was not paying attention to us when ordering. Otherwise hopefullywould have had order right. Read more
The employees were really rude and disrespectful. One older employee actual made the new employee cry. She acted like we were an... inconvenience for asking for the ranch we ordered. Drive ten minutes to New Philadelphia for better food, better service, and acleaner atmosphere. Read more
Please fix the speaker system in the drive through. It?s gotten to the point where I?d barely functioning. I do not exaggerate... when I say I have to yell to be heard and even then they can?t understand me. They never read your order back to you and stuffgets forgotten often, which normally wouldn?t be that big of a deal but the wait time is so high that when I have to drive backaround it becomes an issue. Last visit they forgot my burger and after the girl handed me my bag I waited to tell her and she frjust starred at me through the window and refused to open it so I went back around and waited 20 in line after I alreddy had towait 15. The wait times are absolutely insane, it?s always been bad here. Even before covid you had to wait forever to get yourfood but today I waited for 13 min outside the window. I waited all that time, shut off my car, no one came to take my money orgive me the pop I got, I just sat in silence that whole time. Then the cashier opened the window and she?s talking on her cellphone. She does not aknowlage me just sticks her arm out with my bag and wordlessly holds out her hand for my card. Then thegirl, who I assumed was the manager, yells at her and says we don?t have the pop she wants ask her what she wants so the cashierjust looks at me, still on her phone. I yell back my second choice and the other girl comes yells back at me that they have nolarge lids and tells me she would have to give it to me without a lid. I said that it probably would spill so she pours it intoa medium instead. The food was really good which is the ONLY reason I keep coming back. The big issues are the nearly nonfunctioning speaker box and the insane wait time. I thought the cell phone thing was rude but the rest isn?t the employeesfault. It?s just gotten to a point where it?s become very frustrating and I will usually opt for Taco Bell instead because ofthis. Read more
The staff did a great job trying to keep up with the guest traffic. They were very kind. Our food was exactly as ordered and... tasty. The foyer and bathroom usually smell like sewer gasses. Not today tho. I didn't smell any sewer gas. Yay!! The onlyreason I didn't do 4 or 5 stars is cuz it needs a good scrubbing. Floor and tables were sticky. I almost walked outta my flipflop. I think it just needs some more well trained employees and a good scrubbing. A for effort We will stop again next timewe're in the area. Read more
