Had to pull into a parking space and wait for our breakfast. We were shorted 1 hashbrown, no salt or pepper for out Big... Breakfast and no napkins. We asked for salt and pepper. The young man asked if we had asked for salt and pepper. We said no italways just came with the Big Breakfast. He said, "We're not mind readers!" I guess we needed to order napkins too! He didn'tcomment on the missing hash browns. VERY RUDE AND SMART TALKING YOUNG MAN. WE WON'T BE BACK. TOO bad there's not an option lessthan one star. Read more
Dirty tables, dirty floors.. workers screaming an cussing?. Literally a waste of money.. only thing half way good was the drink
Negative star's should be available for this. Horrible service. Waited 30 min for my takeout order. They served the 3 people who... came in after us before us. I finally asked for my money back and the lady at the register gave me excuses that she didn't knowwhere our meal went and that she had to send 2 of her employee's to a different store. I said why dont you just close the diningroom like everyone else does and just run drive thru. She said that she cant do that and that she would get fired and she needsher job. Read more
This is the slowest drive thru ever. A bunch of kids just standing around being unprofessional giggling and yelling and cussing.... Waited for over 20 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of us.food was so greasy and fries had no taste. Everything was cold to. Thisplace is a dump and so are the workers . Read more
Went inside to order food and apparently 4 kids were on break at the same time sitting beside the cash register and couldn?t be... bothered to get another employee that was actually working. No one came to the front to take my order so I went through thedrive-thru naively thinking I would get my order quicker. 10 minutes later I got to the second window where I was told to pullahead so I could get ?new fries?. Meanwhile 4 cars were able to slowly get their orders before finally someone brought out ourfood. Poorly managed, poorly staffed, and definitely not worth the wait. Read more
Wish I could give a zero star. What a dump. The inside was filthy, the employee's were talking and laughing about their weekend... while I waited for someone to take my order. The guy who eventually came up was rude and acted like he had an attitude. Everyonewho was working there were very young. The floors were so dirty I was afraid to even attempt to use the rest room. Whomever isin charge of this location should be fired immediately or do a complete overhaul including replacing the employees. SUGGESTION -Go to Subway, Taco Bell, Hardees, or Dairy Queen. All 4 are right down the street. Read more
When you order hoping that both items look the same? two caramel macchiatos is what I asked for. And this is what I was handed.... I questioned why they looked different and they said that this is how the machine made them . They would not re-make the onethat looks like milk! Read more
If I could give it 0 stars I would. This place is nothing but a joke. First my big Mac had a very burnt bottom bun and and a... hard top bun so I went back over to get a new sandwich. The replaced the bottom bun and gave me back the same top bun. I getback home and my fiancé sandwich is burnt as well. Read more
