The ice cream is hand dipped homemade with a lot of different flavors and VERY TASTY! There is seating inside, outside in... front and outside seating in the back. The scoops are big, so one was fine for me. The waffle cones are delicious and theprices are reasonable. It can seem busy and the line long but they have a lot of people scooping the ice cream so it goes fast. Very friendly associates. Read more

Stopped in while walking through Strausburg. We had the chicken salad sandwich and ice cream. Both were good. The place is... really cool with an old school vibe. It's a creamery, deli, candy, and tchotchke store. The one thing we noticed was thatservice was slow, but it looked like they were understaffed so I wouldn't hold it against them. It's a worthwhile stop. Read more

Adorable shoppe and store in a quaint area. The only reason for 4 stars is there was no vanilla ice cream, so not everyone in... our party could get something. Oh, and the grille was closed, but that was due to staff call outs on a holiday weekend(according to signage). Excellent prices for the portions, and no extra for the waffle cone! There is a $0.50 upcharge forwaffle bowls though, which is, again, very reasonable! Overall great experience and we will be back! Read more

Nice old fashioned ice cream place. The ice cream is in fact excellent. I had a peanut butter cone and it was legit. They have... food too. The store environment is very kid friendly. There's seating within and immediately outside. Nice to walk around in thenice weather with a cone. The surrounding area has opportunities for antiquing and looking at historic houses. Read more

This was a bittersweet experience for our family. We came specifically to Strasburg, PA following the Arlington burial --... because we had heard so often about his wanting to take a road trip on a whim from North Carolina to get ice cream in downtownStrasburg. We had to come find this place that we are sure is the one he came to often through the years. When we walked up tothe counter and the young man working behind it asked if we'd been there before, I told him we had not I continued that therewas a story behind this and my husband would have to tell it, because I would not be able to without crying. After tasting thedelicious ice cream, we enjoyed perusing the store and then visiting an antique shop down the street. Hopefully we will get tocome back another time when we are less emotionally drained and have a little more time. Read more

What a great little shop and creamery! The decor is nice, and takes you a little back in time. There are plenty of sweet... options to purchase, from fudge. A wide selection of candies, as well as their home made ice cream. There are are other nonsweet selections, from toys. Gifts, jams, and food for those without a sweet tooth. I ordered a chocolate banana milkshake, which was delicious. My wife ordered a sundae with vinella ice cream; also delicious. Definitely worth a stop! Read more
