Literally the worst Burger King we?ve ever been to. Ordered food and paid for it, then get told to pull forward only to sit... there for 15 minutes so they throw away your food because they ?forgot? you were waiting. This is the 3rd time this hashappened. We try to give the benefit of the doubt as in maybe it was just a bad day, but I guess they just don?t care abouttheir customers, and don?t ask for a cooperate number, they just tell you to google it. Ordered a few burgers, onion rings and fries while stopping on the way through. Was eating in the car and my husband dipped an... onion ring in the zesty sauce and suddenly there were two curly black hairs in the sauce - absolutely disgusting! I couldn?t eatanymore after that. Totally lost my appetite. Not to mention how slow it was to actually get the order even though there were 3or 4 people working and no other customers ordering, and they forgot the fries. Horrible. Ordered the big breakfast for myself. It was quite good. Got the burrito breakfast for my fiance and we still don't know what... she ate. The size was less than half the size of a normal burrito, whatever sauce was on it was terrible and the egg sure didn'tlook or taste like an egg. They didn't give us coffee so we had to go back for it. I don't understand how my breakfast was goodand the other was so bad. Definitely take burritos off your menu, BK! Read more
It's busy when the store has to run at half staff or less. They do the absolute best that they can to move folks along in a... timely fashion. You can't force people to work anymore than you can force management to hire. Read more
Abysmal, slow service with an empty restaurant. The employees are the most inattentive I've ever seen.
A really clean restaurant. A quick stop on a day trip to see family. The staff are friendly but some things are not available... for drinks. However, it's still a nice quiet place to stop and stretch your legs and eat. Read more
They had 4 sodas available out of 40. No sweet tea, no unsweetened tea, no ketchup, no straws (although the nice guy at the... counter, Dustin, was able to get those), trashcan overflowing, no sauce for the onion rings, not one clean table! They were notbusy!! There were 2 parties eyeing the menu as we sat. Two employees holding the counter up. Just horrible! Never again. Read more
Very clean lobby and the staff was very friendly. Close to the tesla supercharger, only a short walk away. Bathrooms have... changing tables for the babies and we?re cleaner than most fast food places. Food was on par with what you?d expect from aBurger King Read more
