I am a devout customer of Boston Market because the chicken is always fresh and delicious. I normally patronize the Boston Post... Road location but on this particular day, they had run out of chicken and the next batch wouldn?t be ready for a half hour. Iwasn?t willing to wait, nor was I willing to return because I lived a half hour away. Based on my dilemma, I drove to theStratford, Ct location. Upon my arrival, I ordered a whole rotisserie chicken. When I got home, I noticed that the skin wasstill white and lacked that golden brown rotisserie color. I cut into the chicken and found it to be under cooked and it lackedtaste. I tried to cook it in the oven but it wasn?t the same. I will NEVER go back to the Stratford location again. Althoughthis was a bad experience for me, it won?t affect my patronage of this company. DO BETTER STRATFORD. Don?t ruin the reputationof this fine establishment. Read more

My family and I used to visit often. We stopped coming in this place as it hasn't been appealing for a very long time... now. OWNER/MANAGEMENT Not welcoming!! Place outdated dark and NOT inviting. We decided to stop in about 5pm ONLY becausenew items on menu. Just to be told they ONLY serving chicken(even the flavor was off). No meatloaf, no longer offer turkey, nochicken cordon blue new item. Very disappointed top it of they had no knife just a forks, lots of flies,no one in there butus. Prices up ($47 3 meals 2 drinks)(understandable with everything going on)service down not a great combination to staybusiness! Read more

[No Gloves] The guy with drive thru headphones (maybe the manager) touched my corn bread without any gloves on, and his hands... did not look clean at the time. Other than that, the food was eatable. I'm noticing this place has issues with cleanliness andfood safety. Read more

She was fighting with the cashier about the broccoli and decided against the larger size and took the smaller size. Corporate... tends to be grimy with the portions and unforgiving on the price. The value is the kindness and patience of the cashier sincewe know that it's not just the food that brings us back. The vegetables need to be more generously distributed. The maincourse like prime rib needs to be regularly offered even if cold and warmed up later. The menu needs help. Read more

Went there and ordered food through the drive thru. Never have I had an issue until I got home this evening and saw that the... chicken wings had feathers and that instead of giving me vegetable medley they gave me broccoli. To charge me 27.90 and give memediocre food is not cool Read more

The worst experience... The manager so cold and so not worthy of his title. What a example. I ask for napkins they gave brown... bathroom paper towels. I seen manager go to his truck came back in. Not once he change his glove. Watch the camera at 549 heserve someone so I approach him about what he doing wrong. Unbelievable I can not believe I pay for this . They made me and mywife sharing a plastic plate. Insane. This doesn't represent boston market totally. So upsetting that I'm focus on.. top it offfountain was water down. Whoever owns this place needs to pay attention to the service giving out here. I'm done.. never againwill I return here . Read more
