Every day I come here and they?re always cleaning their latte machine. I worked at Dunkin the latte machine gets cleaned at... night so for them to clean in the morning it?s just an excuse so they don?t make the it for us unless there is a seriousproblem with the latte machine. This is the worse Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. Yesterday the girl making my coffee had her mask below her nose. The Health... Dept. should know about this. Today I waited in line for 45 min. before placing my order and then when she handed me my coffeethe lid came off and the coffee spilled in my car. Seemed like 5 mins passed before being acknowledged at the drive thru. I finally pull up to the window and let them know I had... a mobile order. I was then asked what I ordered. What is the purpose of a mobile order when they don?t even read them so ofcourse my order was incorrect. Seriously they don?t care and they are lazy. Sorry to say the workers don't care or are just lazy. Latley it is even worse. The workers can't fill an order correctly. I ask... for a powered jelly donut, I get a jelly stick, I ask for a lg coffee light and 6 sugars i get a coffee with no sugar. Ithappens to often at least 3 out of the 5 days I go there the order is wrong. Recently i hold up the line to check my order andagain the wrong donuts two days in a row. Read more
