This place is awful, I come here because it's around the corner from my house and for 2 weeks every order I bought was... completely wrong. The line takes forever. The card reader doesn't work and they never give the correct amount of change. I willno longer go here. I will drive all the way to the dunkin on honey spot instead of coming here. Ordering at this Dunkin' is usually a good experience. I order on the app a lot, because I can't stand waiting in line. Most... times, when I get there, my order is ready to roll, but some other times, only half the order is ready. Usually, when thathappens, the food is sitting there without the coffee, and I have to remind someone to make the coffee. Thankfully, this onlyhappens occasionally. My biggest gripe with this location is... well, the location. The parking lot is tiny, and often hastrash everywhere. (I realize that's not really Dunkin's fault; American society needs to evolve to a point where, like in Japan,throwing trash on the ground is unthinkable, but that's another topic...) The exit behind the store also really needs to bere-paved. It's a little bumpy going out the exit, which is probably half the reason why a lot of people ignore the one-way signand illegally exit out the entrance. I wish they would buy the property next to the railroad tracks and make the current exitinto a combined entrance and exit, and get rid of the current entrance. The way it's set up right now is pretty dangerous duringthe busy morning rush. The entrance is way too close to the intersection. A lot of people just speed out of that side street,ignoring the red light, and get on the highway going south. Someone's going to die here at some point unless they move thedriveway down the side street so it's behind the store. It can't stay near the corner the way it is now. All in all, though,this is a decent Dunkin'. I don't have any complaints about the workers, other than that I wish they'd put my entire order inthe pickup area when it's ready, and not just part of the order. I also wish the manager would move the drink cooler so that Idon't have to squeeze by other people to pick up my order. It's in an awkward location. Very good Dunkin, they have less people then other Dunkin's but they do a better job then the bigger dunkin locations. First... time in I got a sandwich that look just like the commercial. I recommend this Dunkin I would also recommend to order ahead youwon't regret it. Read more
Do not go to this one in Stratford they're selling lattes in a cup that you usually get regular coffee or tea in. They told me... that's the cup they give as you can see in the pictures that's not the proper cup. I go to Dunkin everywhere else and for theexpensive price of a latte you get a bigger cup because there's whipped cream and that takes up a good amount of space sothey're not supposed to be serving it in this tiny cup for the amount it cost Read more
If you like coffee that tastes like sour goat milk this is the right place for you. Worst coffee I have ever been given and it... has happened multiple times by the same girl that works there. I'm not sure who trained her how to make a coffee but they shouldbe fired! I will never come back to the Dunkin' Donuts again. Read more
