I'm giving them a 5 star because I like the dragonfruit refresher...it's the only thing I will purchase from them.

New store with lots of great staff, ordered online beforehand and was ready right away!
This is the second time they screwed it up with my order, took 14 min for a croissant, they "delete" by mistake. 2 months ago... they didn't have what I want (Avocado toast), first time I ordered a decaff and they didn't give me Again what I want. Read more
What a shame! This location was once very hospitable and great with processing orders. Well.... not so much. Unfortunately... today, the employees wanted to get the orders wrong and be angry at my teenage customers. For shame. America runs on Dunkin butit also runs on competence and kindness. My daughter is loving the sunrise batch. Apparently today is the last day so we needed to go get her last medium with almond... milk and caramel. We ordered in the app. Only issue is you cannot request whipped cream in the app or say no ice. Actual orderwas perfect as per app input. Update: Last night went to the store and whomever was working drive thru was phenomenal. Not surehow many people may have been working but I only saw her. The only issue with this location is the speed of the employeesoverall. No matter what time of day we come, my order is never ready and I've waited over 10 minutes to get my items (and Iordered in the app). Re-training and a sense of urgency is definitely an attribute needed within many members of this facility. Read more
Order accuracy is not their strong suit but where they lack in that area they make up with customer service. Everyone there was... very polite and friendly. And happy to fix whatever they left out.. It's a busy place so make plenty of time when you go throughthe drive thru. The line inside moves much quicker. P.S park nose out if at all possible to aid you in exiting the lot. Read more
Not complaining about this store, just in general that Dunkin no longer has honey and lemon for tea!
