Love it! Quick fast food
I ordered ahead but when I arrived they told me they couldn't process it because breakfast ends at 10 30 am and I arrived 10 27... am, I told them I already ordered it ahead but they said they didn't know what time I'll be there. So I couldn't enjoy abreakfast. Also a guy in front of me was fighting because he wants a coffee with hotcakes but same they couldn't process hisorder even he was there maybe around 10:25 am. Miserable experience almost everytime. Last time I ordered fries, a drink, and some ketchup in the app. Paid go to pick up my... order....almost 5 minutes go by and they tell me my payment didn't go through...that's a lie and not how the app works. I payoutside of the app for my order to come home and get a notifications they charged me AGAIN inside the app for the ketchup and myorder. I also never even got the ketchup they double charged for. They are rude, lie, and literally double charging peoplebecause rhey wanted ketchup with their fries. Every McDonald's owned by this franchisee is like this. Miserable. Read more

The worst McDonald's in all of Connecticut, in my opinion. They always mess up your order, just very unprofessional, the sweet... tea is not sweet. I asked for sweet tea, not sugar free tea. Just horrible, they can't get simple orders right, just the worst. Read more
Guys taking order at drive thru this am could do with an attitude adjustment. Couldn't be bothered to say one word to me when I... pulled up. Had to ask them how much it is and it was like I was inconveniencing them. Try greeting people for starters. Read more
