This is my favorite Starbucks!! They always make my drink taste well and the staff is so friendly. Jeff is my favorite worker... actually! He's always so nice and helpful, and just makes your day so much better. The younger employees are like friends andmake you feel so welcomed. I go to Starbucks most mornings all locations depending on where I am to pick it up. This morning was by far the worst it?s been... getting bad little by little each time. Either cup is not filled to the top, no caramel, the cold foam is like water, the drinkisn?t coming with the chocolate curls like I ask. It makes or breaks my mornings not to mention how much you pay for a cup ofcoffee which is totally worth it if you?re getting what you ask for. Not everyone has the time to wait around for people to fixit especially if you?re busy in the store that?s what mobile app is for but then you just have to deal and take. You guys turnedme into a grinch today and I literally hate it. Please make coffee accordingly below is literally how I picked up my coffee noteven filled and water down whip no chocolate!Ps it wasn?t waiting all but 2 minutes for me to pick it up either .
