if I could give 0 stars I would, terrible service from the employee and the manager, I asked for ketchup and she tells me to... take it from an EMPTY container, after asking 3 times she just threw a few packets of ketchup in the container, my food was COLDAND BURNED, I can't believe the franchise allows this decline in product and service quality. TOTALLY UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE! just because my favorite place is closed today, everything there is fresh full of flavor I recommend this place called VerdantCafé in Hi Nella. Read more

Do not try to come for dining, unless you are just passing by. This restaurant shuts the dining room during displayed operation... hours in middle of a day whenever the employees want, refusing you to come in. You could easily waste your time if you plan totravel to. They display that f in I room room is open till 11pm, but I never saw it open around 9pm. They don't even try toexplain why it's shut down, unless you spent a great effort and cost to ask, and will then say "because of staff shortage" .They seem to be doing this occasionally. It's a disrespect to us, non-professional and childish manner as a serviceindustry. Refusing service for no good reason is one of worst serving. I never saw any restaurant that does it. If shorgage inhands they should have been able to just let us wait longer, so it shouldn't be a True reason. Read more
Manager wasn't very friendly when she took my order just get in and get out type of attitude and due to my experience with the... staff I kinda understand why. I asked for two fresh original crispy chicken sandwiches with onion. When she called my order tothe kitchen the cook quickly replied "EVERYTHING IN MY KITCHEN IS FRESH!" And kept making smart remarks about fresh sandwicheswith fresh onions. First of all, I've worked at a BK and my husband has been management at one. So, 1. Not all food is put in aswaste when it should be. 2. Two sandwiches freshly dropped during slow time is not that big of a deal. So when management wentto the bagging station she tried to tell the cook to stop and just make the sandwiches. He kept arguing with her and it seemedlike she had to beg just to get two sandwiches made fresh. This store is very unprofessional with the arguing and cursing that Ivery much don't find okay especially when I have a three year old that likes to repeat things. No one was out cleaning up thelobby, straws and lids littered the drink station, trash cans looked disgusting like they haven't been cleaned in a week ormore. Previous customer's trash was laying on tables. I know fast food isn't everyone dream job, but you still need to beprofessional, and I hope to never have such a rude and disrespectful experience as I did here. Read more
Seems to be a trend. I?ve come to this location twice (between 8pm-9pm) in less than a month & both times they were ONLY selling... chicken sandwiches. This time there were two workers taking a smoke break, they mentioned their equipment was broken?! Musthappen often then?.
