I don’t get it how hard was it to just take out 2 minutes of your time and give me my personal order that is ready that I... ordered through skip, waited there for 15-20 mins for an order which was ready and still get to listen from the lady that theycan’t stop everything else to give your order, like you were just walking down the hall and asked you politely can I pleasequickly get my order as I was getting late for work and no fork or anything so had the food 2-3 hours after the pickup becauseof work, feels soo racist too. Terrible service, tried to order a pizza on a Thursday afternoon by phone, told to wait, then eventually got hung up. I get... that you may be very busy on a Thursday afternoon but that is no way to treat a long time customer. I normally dine in at thislocation, have not experienced any problems when I did. So I don't know if the person taking calls was having an extremely badday or experiencing some personal issues. I conclude by saying the way I was treated was very unfair. ???? Read more
Went there today (October 7, 2022) after seeing a play. Very disappointing meal! First off, it took a very long time for the... server to take our order, then it took an inordinate amount of time to get our food. The pizza we ordered was sub-par at bestand not very warm at all. A Thai wrap with grilled chicken was ordered, it came with crispy chicken, gravy was ordered, it wascongealed. The new dill pickle chicken burger was ordered, the bun was burnt and very crunchy - it came out quite a bit afterthe other food did and came without the fries, the person who delivered it stated that they knew we had been waiting a while andjust wanted to get that person some food. It was my first time experiencing at Boston pizza. I was excited. The restaurant was really amazing in look. Although the... behaviour of the food server was annoying. The lady was literally discriminating against us. Let me give you an example weordered two pizzas, when we completed our first one she came to take the empty dish, She threw all the leftovers on ourremaining pizza without saying anything. One more, we were four guys, only one ordered drinks. When she came to give the drink,she told us that it's for one person only, do not use it for all you four (it was refillable). I mean what the hell she istalking about. This is not the way to serve the customer. That lady doesn't have any manners. One should serve the customer irrespective of where they are belongings. Food was very good the service was terrible .My brother had a steak and asked for steak sauce and 3 times the waitress said in a... minute well long story short it came after he had finished his steak when she brought it explanation they only have 1 bottle soit has to be shared .REALLY Never did get garlic toast .We had 3 different servers so one did not know what the other did .Also3 dollars for cheese on garlic toast ??? Great spot to go and get some food and sit down. Food was good and everything tasted good. The server we had was very nice as... well. Everything was served hot. And was very enjoyable to eat. Only reason I gave it 4* and not 5* was because the nachos weordered came back a bit on the colder side but other than that a fantastic place. Read more
Had an order of wings. The meat tasted a bit off. I have had wings there before and they never tasted like that. Did not sit... very well with my stomach. My friends burger looked good and he enjoyed it. Service was a bit slow. Read more
