Strange atmosphere, we were one of only two occupied tables when we entered at the peak of the day, and say maybe two other... customers who came and went. We were told multiple times, thanks to servers and numerous posters up in the Café, that the timelimit for a table was 1 hour: extremely unwelcoming environment. Table was dirty when we sat down. Decor felt eclectic at best,unkempt at worst. Staff were not friendly, and I'm glad we only had one coffee and left straight after. Read more
Poor customer service. I walked in there to get a coffee while waiting for someone who had errands to run. I asked for the Wi-Fi... password, and the girl behind the register just mumbled something which was impossible to hear. I asked if she could repeat itand she annoyingly repeated it in the same tone. The place wasn't even busy at all! Another customer came in there so while shehelped him I stood there waiting until she was available again to ask her to help me one more time so that I could log on, butshe cut me off and told me to go sit down. So rude and irritating! If I was a petty person I would ask for my money back, andthe thought did cross my mind as I've never felt more like a nuisance to an establishment before. The only reason I went therewas to have a coffee while I caught up with family back home. I left in anger, never stepping foot in there again. Certainpeople should never work with customer service! Please post your hours properly. I walked for 15 min to get a coffee because your shop hours are posted here on Google that you... are open daily at 7am. I arrived at 7:25 to a closed shop. Then I called your shop to find out when you open and when Imentioned your posted hours I was spoken to rudely and hung up on. So rude and so inconsiderate to not post accurate hours. Read more
This is not my first time in a coffee culture, expecting the usual great sandwiches and drinks walked into the local store in... Stratford. We were utterly disappointed in the quality of food served. Both mine and my friends sandwiches were lacking protein,missing ingredients or was doused in sauce. I ordered the turkey sandwich, which had maybe about 3 pieces of sliced cold turkey,with 1 tsp of goat cheeses, 3 slices of pepper and some sauce. My friend ordered the chicken Cesar wrap, a usual for her. Therewas maybe 1peice of chicken, 1strip of bacon, almost a full head of lettuce, and probably the whole bottle of Cesar dressing.Both recommended by the employee, who also made the Sandwiches. As drinks we got two chillers, strawberry cream and raspberrylemonade. The drinks were average. Overall, because of how unsatisfactory the sandwiches were, it a waste of 30$, and we willnever visit and highly encourage other people to never enter your establishment. Read more
The Cafe was busy and tables weren't cleaned after all the people left the bathrooms were also dirty. I used my own wipes to... clean the table. The person behind the counter told me numerous times the time limit was only 1 hour this made me feelunwelcome. The latte I ordered was good. Gluten free options were not widely available and they ran out of bread so didn't orderfood. Left promptly felt uncomfortable. Read more
Customer service could use a lot of work! I came by the other day and the gentleman behind the counter was great. A lady was... there today and she was so rude. Saw I had a bag with me and snapped about how I have to leave after 60 min. Just because I havea backpack does not mean that I am moving in for the day. Internet doesn't work at all. Place is completely empty. Had thewestern the other day and it was good but don't get the cake. Read more
Customer service was perfectly good when I went, maybe some of the other reviewers got unprofessional staff but it's not always... like that. Great casual atmosphere. Comfy chairs, semi-secluded booths, charming wall decorations, you name it. Their croissantsand coffee really are up to par too. Read more
This coffee culture was dirty, floor, tables ect... it is a bit surprising as there was no one in the shop during my time there.... I could go on and on but.... lots of room for improvement is all I will say Read more
