We will not be returning to this location.The manager is rude and arrogant. We have always enjoyed the food and staff .. but... today we were shocked by how rude the current manager is .. the waitress had far more experience dealing with customers thanhim. When the manager went to seat us we asked to sit at a table right beside where we were being seated ..he seemed put out byour request. When our food was delivered by him .. we asked for plates and silverware.. he said 'yes .. I will get it and beright back'. He didn't come back and our food sat and got cold. The waitress came over and we explained our food was cold and wedidn't have cutlery or plates. She was very apologetic and took our food to be put back on the grill. We were then served ourfood and told the manager would come over and speak with us. He did come to the table to explain that he was sorry and they hadbeen very busy and that he would discount our bills. As he was turning to walk away he made a comment that he wanted it to beknow he did try to seat us at a table that was plated and we chose to sit at a different table.. WOW is all I could think...Iwas shocked by such rude and juvenile behavior from a so called "Manager ". The waitress returned to check back and the food wasgood ... she did say the Manager was willing to give us no charge dessert.. we didn't want dessert so he did give a 50% discountoff our meal .. but it wasn't about money ..it was about his poor attitude... Our waitress was fantastic and did all the rightthings ... So now we will find a new place to enjoy in Stratford. Read more
Decent experience, $4 beers while the leafs are playing. I don't think our table was cleaned all that well before we sat down.

Service was good. But the rib & wing combo is nowhere near as good as Montana's. The wings were super small and so was the half... slab of ribs I got. Plus you don't get the option to choose your sauce on the ribs. I'm not a big fan of hickory/smoke flavourand that's what these ribs had. I was able to choose the sauce for my wings though. The gravy for my fries seemed really saltytoo. And I got a Caesar drink it there was almost no alcohol in it. All I could taste was Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce! Read more

Very, very pleased with take-out service this evening. With restrictions in place, celebrating a birthday meant ordering from... the menu and eating at home. Our order was ready to be picked up at the time scheduled. All of the food was fresh, cooked welland still warm when we dished it out a home. A delicious meal. Thank you! Read more

Not too bad! Fantastic waitress! She was super friendly and approachable. The food was decent, by no means was I blown away by... it, but was suitable for the half apps price. We had $4/$5 beers cuz of the leads game which was MINT, but loaded fries werepretty good. We got two types of load of fries one beef one fried chicken and I would order them again, the deep fried pickleswere pretty good as well. The one small disappointment were the mozzarella sticks, they seem like the same mozzarella sticksfrom Burger King but for like three times the price. Definitely would go back again for half priced apps. Read more

This visit was just ok.. food was ok, not great.. veggie burger was over cooked.. wings were ok.. asked for no ice in the coke... and of course got it in a glass full of ice.. most importantly the server really really seemed like she just didn't want to bethere.
