Since this store has been open we have maybe only ordered food 6 times but I think half the time our order has been messed up.... Just ordered 3 meals through online order and only got 2. Call them up and they tell me to come back to get my meal. Not reallyany apology, no coupon or free combo or money back, nothing. So I guess the customer gets nothing for KFCs screw up?s. Based onall the bad reviews on here for this location I?m surprised KFC hasn?t steeped in and revoked the franchise from this ownershipwho can?t seem to get things right. Read more

Absolutely ridiculous!!! We placed our order at 610in the drive thru and didnt recieve our food till 635. Hire more staff... Absolutely no reason for ppl to have to wait 20+ mins in the drive thru while the DT staff worry about front counter. And towatch skip the dish walk in and walk back out 45 secs later with their order is disgusting. No wonder this store is a firerytrain wreck Read more
I almost feel guilty giving a 5 star rating ???? since there are so many 1 star unhappy customers. I've been very satisfied with... service at the takeout window. Friendly great service. Gross soggy old food.They don?t make the meals properly cause they don?t have all the stuff that any other kfc has( eg proper... sauces for the twister and other sandwiches). Seems to me they cut corners just like there neighbors the Burger King. Theyshould be careful or they will go out of business like the ones before. Read more
