You guys just get big posters that you are open for 24 hrs. But instead you close early why ? In fact both of your locations... close early before 11 pm. If this the thing you are loosing too much business in Stratford. Read more

Stood at the order counter...no one appeared interested in taking my order...staff looked directly at me, but no acknowledgement... that I was there, no "we will be with you in a moment". Staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other....sorry kids,maybe you really don't want to be there and that job isn't your career calling, but learning basic customer service skills isimportant, regardless of where you want to end up....you need to do better.
