McDonald's has become so small regular burgers. Kid?s portions for an adult price. Big Mac is not big at all. And there are two... thin cutlets in it. It's as if one thin cutlet was cut in half lengthwise. Read more
Stood at the order counter...no one appeared interested in taking my order...staff looked directly at me, but no acknowledgement... that I was there, no "we will be with you in a moment". Staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other....sorry kids,maybe you really don't want to be there and that job isn't your career calling, but learning basic customer service skills isimportant, regardless of where you want to end up....you need to do better. Fries lack salt and it doesn't taste like McDonald's fries. Felt like they ran out and just purchased a frozen fries from the... grocery store. This branch is so busy that the staff forgot to put the toys on my happy meal. Read more
Had an amazing experience today at this McDonald?s location. Both the Cashier and the woman who brought us our order were very... smiley. The customer service was amazing. I believe the cashier was a shift manager. Very pleasant and wonderful. Read more
This was a disaster. My wife & I had 5 items on our order, 4 items were screwed up. Order was lost..never appeared on the... staging board. Even when it came the coffee was luke warm. Fries were missed completely. The iced tea was very watery, had notaste at all. My wife's big mac was almost cold. Place was a mess Will, tables had not been cleaned recently. Will never go tothis place again. No wonder this company is struggling, their standards have dropped so badly & it is a sham that they callthemselves a restaurant. Terrible. Read more
I am not from the area but was visiting. Went through the drive thru. There was a young girl that helped me. One of the nicest... people I meet. Big smile, very friendly and eager to make this your best experience and she achieved exactly that. All the foodI ordered for me and my passengers were on point.
