Would love to try this pizza but the guy answering a phone is a disaster. Literally simply asked" what is your price for a 1 or... 3 topping medium Carry out?" First time he asked my number and address so I repeated the question. Second time he said ok, letme check. Put me on hold then asked my number and asked what I would like. I repeated my question again and he said "oh, so whatis it that you want then?" Not sure how you guys can take orders when the person answering either can't understand English orsimply is incompetent at his job. I'm sure you've lost other orders if that's the common experience.. Hung up. Called dominos.Got my questions answered instantly. Placed an order. FYI new orleans, I called you location at 3:20 today if you want toreference the call in your system. Read more
Pizza was great I can say that. But... Went in with my buddy to get a slice, he was tapping his fingers on the counter like... people do sometimes and the lady told him to not tap his fingers on the counter with a disgusted look on her face.. veryfriendly and top notch customer service with that attitude. Won't be going back there again. We'll go tap our fingers elsewherelol.. Let's say you're rude like that to 10 people a day who spent $10 on a couple slices and don't want to come back nowbecause of rude staff.. Thats $700 a week. 52 weeks in a year. $700 x 52 = $36,400. I always get the thin crust and I love this locations pizza. Counter staff are always polite, sometimes it's too busy in there... for cheerful and I dont mind, they're busy! I live in Stratford and don't expect to be treated like a tourist, that's who Ithink leave the bad reviews. Read more
We came there on Civic day, the lady who asked us for the order was so rude. She did not talk nicely. Even she did not make my... pizza slice warm, while it was not hot enough. The worst experience in the beautiful city. Read more
Best pizza in my opinion! There isn't another pizza joint that can have there pizza enjoyed both warm, and cold. Pizza is... always delivered in a timely matter, and I've never had an issue with them getting my pizza wrong. They do it right the firsttime. 10/10 recommend eating here when you have a craving for pizza. Read more
My pizza is burnt. I don't even know what to say anymore. Stratford has the worst pizza places in the Galaxy. This marks the... 4th pizza place with sub par service/quality.
