Three different meals ordered and all were outstanding. I ordered the huevos rancheros with bacon and side of mushrooms. The... flavours were so rich and zingy that I was speechless throughout our breakfast. My wife's choice, the avocado toast, was reallygood, so much so that she thanked me for choosing the Old Man. The restaurant is spacious and clean. We got Nashville hot chicken sandwich from Pollo Morta as well as chicken skillets from... Old Man and Son. Both were so amazing. The chicken in the sandwich was seasoned so well and it’s quite filling. My chickenskillets + 2 eggs came in a huge portion and I could only finish 1/3; I love the shredded potato mixed well with the cheese andsauted veggies. Had a one night winter getaway to Stratford recently, and stopped in here for breakfast as it was close to where we stayed. The... service was quick and all the staff were friendly and cheerful. I had the skillet and my wife had the classic breakfast. We bothenjoyed our meals. My only suggestion is perhaps they could include two pieces of toast (= 4 triangles) with the skillet, butthat is just my opinion, and certainly not worthy of knocking the rating down to four stars! My first visit to Old Man & Son and I was not disappointed. I ordered the egg Benedict breakfast but they were offering a... limited time offering of Bread pudding with scallion and potatoes (I think) with smoked meat, egg and hollandaise. It was simplyput, sensational. Let's also not undercut the crispy grated hash browns to compliment this beautiful attack on the taste buds.Great job Old Man & Son for making my morning.
