They have messed up our order twice in the last month. The first time they quickly and easily replaced the item with no hassle.... This time they argued that they hadn't messed up the order and then made us order a new pita and request a refund from Skip theDishes. This was not an error on the part of Skip the Dishes and they should not have had to refund my money (they did). PitaPit was very rude and not helpful, they provided a contact # for Skip the Dishes that led nowhere. The unfortunate part is thatthis is one of the few places we like to order food from as it is healthier and sits well with our picky stomachs and now wehave such a bad taste in our mouths that we will not be ordering from here again. Always a delicious, healthy choice when it comes to having a quick bite on the run. However you are paying a premium as they are... a specialty restaurant. That said still always a great meal when the family hits the pit! Read more
Please ask your employees not to murmur between themselves when preparing the order in front of customer. As, it feels really... embarrassing when asking for toppings and extras. Taste wise its pretty good. Read more
