Honestly the staff was great and this was a first time for myself and my friends but this was some of the best customer service... that I have recieved in a long time and I see some of these other reviews and maybe they had bad experiences but I just didn'tget anything like that. The honest truth of this place is that, no one should be eating at this place. They had offered me quesadilla with complementary... hair pieces in the food. I am very discussed, moreover they didn?t offer me a replacement and told me go complain to whom everyou want. Also they said ?its a normal thing to see food in hair, its natural?. 25 minute wait with two people ahead in line, and then didn't have basic ingredients for burrito bowls (ie. rice, roasted veg).... We didn't find out until we had waited that long just to order. He didn't attempt to make it worth our while with a discount fornot having ingredients (we were ordering 4 bowls) and suggested lettuce would work instead...even though he knew we'd beenwaiting with a big order. Just terribly understaffed. Ended up leaving without food and getting Subway. Terrible service ???? Read more
I ordered our meals and paid for extra cheese and sour cream, we didn't get any of either. The toppings were sparse and both... burritos and the quesadilla were burnt. Staff were nice. Won't go back though! Read more
The owner takes pride in this restaurant and their customers. Now living away from town I have yet to dine at another Quesada... that has been as good as this one. I don't know why, but I stand by it! Read more
Dont spend your money here! Charging full price plus extra for half burrito sized bowels!!!! I paid $20.00 for what you see in... the photo- a burrito bowl half full. When my food was being made the man was using a small little pinch of veggies all toppings.Not exaggerating. See photo for self. I know meat is extra charge (i been to quesada before) but this man didnt even give mewhat is enough for a normal portion and charged me for extra! I dont have rice beans or lettuce in my bowls. I prefer mostlyveggies. He charged me extra for what is normally in any other quesada a full size handful! Their pepsi fountain neededreplacing. i asked if he could change the bag please. He said that the people came 3, 4 weeks ago that its fine. I told him itis flat and watery. I paid $20 for a half a meal, and still hungry after eating. Online order says ten minutes wait, but it was switched to 30 on email after order was placed (kind of tricksy). I ordered... sitting outside the store in my car to avoid contact and the shop was empty. Tacos and burrito were good, but I'd skip thenachos since you can't click for cheese other than a moterey jack and otherwise they're just unappetizing dry tortillas withrandom toppings (see picture). Quesadilla was average, nothing to write home about and they skimped on cheese despite asking fordouble cheese. Staff were friendly. Read more
