The bread at this subway is usually a bit hard, like its been sitting for a while. They also did not have the bread I wanted... (white Italian) last night. I find that my experience with subway varies greatly depending on location - and this one isn?tnecessarily a bad experience. I do wish the smallest tomatoes weren?t put on my sub or the tiniest amount of lettuce - as I haveto ask for more regularly. My sub is very simple, so when it isn?t done well I always feel like I could do it better myself,which is unfortunate. However, the man working at this subway is very friendly and I will continue to come back because I lovesubway sandwiches. Read more
A nice, chill Subway downtown to quickly grab a fresh, delicious, toasted sub to enjoy. Heads up: it can get really busy during... the theater season with all the tourists and school field trips clogging everything up. Had some people over and we didn't feel like pizza. Ordered for a large group, staff took the order over the phone and called... when it was ready. Took less time than our pizza orders do and none of the subs were incorrect. Really great customer service. Read more
Placed an order for catering for a working lunch that was delivered late. No working phone number for this location? Perhaps the... number needs to be updated as I couldn't get through when calling to find out where my order was. Bread tasted like it was fromthe day before. I came to this Subway today at a very busy time. Students were filling up the Subway due to Stratford Festival field trips like... me. The girl making my sandwich was really rude and condescending. I asked for an Italian hero panini on flat bread and she gaveme the weirdest look about me asking for flat bread so I just didn't get that?! Before she was going to put on the vegetables Iasked if I could get it toasted and she responded in the rudest way possible. It gets worse though! When I got to the cashierand my sub was ready on the counter and I pulled it towards me and he was telling me to pay when I haven't got the actual totalyet! After that it sounded like he was going off on a tangent about how I was trying to steal the sub and at this point mypressure was through the roof. I understand that when it is busy you're stressed but come on! These people cannot control theretemper so they take it out on costumers!
