Extremely dissatisfied. The male staff/Manager is very rude and doesn?t know how to talk with customers. He rushed the kids... while ordering and didn?t put the requested items. Kids asked not to put peppers but sub came with peppers. Also he didn?taccept the offers in the Subway app - I felt like the subway app offers are big joke. Zero star for this outlet. Read more

Ordered from Skip The Dishes today for subs for my family. I was very disappointed. I ordered a toasted Flatbread with bacon and... extra cheese. My sub came untoasted, absolutely no cheese whatsoever, and no bacon. I called to complain and the manager wasvery rude to me. Didn't listen to me, told me I was wrong, and kept dismissing my concerns. I was very upset. She said there wasnothing to do and kept trying to say the sub came correct when it fair clearly did not. The manager so said it was Skip TheDishes problem. Im sorry, did the delivery guy eat my cheese? Did he not toast my sub? That is Subways problem that they didntmake it right, not skips. This is a very convenient Subway location with a clean dining room, friendly staff, and a spacious parking lot. I had a positive... experience stopping at this restaurant for lunch and will likely come here again next time I'm in town. Read more
Never really listen to what the customer says. The manager is a complete and selfish guy. They think there always on the right... even though they never give the customer time to give their own opinion. The manager sits around and makes all of his otherpeople do the rest of the work. So my buddy and I just ordered from this location and man where do I start. We were welcomed warmly and very promptly. I am not... the easiest customer as far as customization and requests. All three employees went far above and beyond the call of duty. Theywere all VERY friendly and worked fast but also professionally and very clean! We are both very impressed. I was quite impressed with the kind service I received at this Subway last night. When trying to pay for my sub I was having an... issue with my phone so I couldn't do digital pay & didn't have my wallet with me. Valentina, who was serving me offered to payfor my order, very generous of her. I decided to go home to get my wallet. When I returned they insisted on remaking my sub soit would be fresh.
